With an array of life encounters, fluctuating from mild to unequivocally horrific; many of us have stories that could make writer Stephen King shudder.
Life is full of challenging experiences, feeling as if you are alone with nobody to care for you may be one of them.
Nevertheless, challenges are designed to be overcame, so with that in mind feeling as if nobody loves you can be resolved. All you need is a little bit of willingness and the Universe will do the rest on your behalf.
If you’ve been abused (emotionally/physically/sexually), neglected, rejected or abandoned, please understand that you are not alone.
I understand how strenuous it is to live in a toxic environment, I’m aware of the heartache that accompanies rejection and I can also appreciate the suffering that occurs with being hit out of frustration and anger. These are just some of my personal experiences but Im more then positive that there are other individuals within this world that have endured worst. So I get it if you feel as if nobody cares.
So now what?
Now we embark on the journey of transforming our beliefs by understanding that this feeling is an clear indication that we must put ourselves first.
We must become self centered!
Self centered in love, self centered in forgiveness from those who have hurt us and most importantly self Unbeknownst to our higher power as these are the only ways in which we will be able to elevate ourselves above the pain and negative emotion.
If nobody loves you, so what! Your going to learn to love yourself!
Loving yourself fulfils your being from the inside. You will no longer crave the affection and validation of others.
In spite of your of this, you will still appreciate time spent with others, however due to your renewed sense of self you will exercise discernment by choosing with whom you share your time.
Nurture yourself by repeating kind, loving words to yourself in order to eradicate some of the hurtful words spoken by others.
If your finances allow you to purchase quality produce and goods then indulge yourself; as a healthy body creates a healthy mind.
Take the time to build your world, whether it is reading, writing or even working out.
If you enjoy dancing shut the curtains, set your musical device and turn up! Do whatever it takes to make yourself happy even if it is just for a minimal period of time. Go for it!
When we create daily moments where we can demonstrate our self appreciation, our self worth increases and when our worth increases we begin to feel better about ourselves regardless of our external circumstances.
You can do it, don’t underestimate yourself, remember all you need is a little willingness and the rest will be done for you. You deserve love! And guess what? Nobody is more qualified in administering love then you...so go on girl! Give yourself the gift of your own love and watch how your life transforms!
